Grayshott Surgery is an NHS medical practice offering a full range of GP services to patients in Grayshott, Hindhead and the surrounding areas.
The Practice covers an area of approximately five miles radius from Grayshott and includes Hindhead, Beacon Hill, Churt, Tilford, Thursley, Headley Down, Headley, Lindford and parts of Haslemere and Liphook.
As a team of GPs we work together with our Practice Nurses, to provide you with an efficient, effective and professional service, whilst at the same time ensuring that you receive personalised care tailored to your health needs.
