Stay safe and healthy abroad
If you are travelling abroad you may need to be vaccinated. Please make an appointment with the practice nurse at least 8 weeks before your date of travel to discuss the vaccinations you will need, which will depend on where you are travelling. Please fill in the Travel Questionnaire 2024 and hand into the surgery at least one week before your first nurse appointment.
We will only provide those vaccines that the NHS offer free:
- polio (given as a combined diphtheria/tetanus/polio jab)
- typhoid
- hepatitis A
- cholera
