Grayshott Surgery

Appointments

We now utilise a new system to assess and book appointments to provide better access.

Appointments can be booked through the Accurx platform safely and securely.

Whilst you can also ring us, you will find it easier to do so online. Both methods of contact will be treated the same.

Contact us online using Accurx

If you need a face to face appointment we try to make sure you see the doctor of your choice but if they are not available we may ask you to see another doctor.

If you are too ill to come to the surgery and you require a visit at home, please call the surgery before 10:00am. Home visits take up more of a doctor’s time than a consultation in the surgery, so if you are mobile please come into the surgery to be seen.

If you are unable to attend or no longer require an appointment, please cancel your appointment as soon as possible, so we can offer the appointment to someone else.

To cancel or change your appointment:

  • use your NHS account (on the NHS website or in the NHS app)
  • use your Patient Access account
  • phone us on 01428 604343, Monday to Friday, 8am to 6.30pm (excluding public holidays)
  • visit the surgery and speak with a receptionist, Monday to Friday, when we are open

If you need help when we are closed

If you need medical help now, use NHS 111 online or call 111.

NHS 111 online is for people aged 5 and over. Call 111 if you need help for a child under 5.

Call 999 in a medical or mental health emergency. This is when someone is seriously ill or injured and their life is at risk.
